Então, eu sempre trago minha comida de casa... deixo na geladeira da empresa um molho para salada e trago a alface de casa numa tigela de plástico, já a comida eu trago numa de vidro (para não alterar o sabor)... não acho ruim de trazer não, até prefiro, economizo e sei o q estou comendo... e fica mais fácil de controlar, afinal é aquilo que vc tem para comer, nem mais, nem menos... é melhor do que ficar comendo porcaria... dai vc pode levar um arroz integral, uma carne magra e a saladinha.. sempre trago 1 fruta e bolachas integrais para lanche, já trouxe gelatina tbm.. rsrs

O Shake... eu sou contra. Enjoa rápido não seria uma boa reeducação pois qdo vc voltar a fazer a refeição os kilinhos voltam. Sou a favor se vc vai malhar acordou tarde e não tem MAIS NADA pra tomar de café. Ainda assim aprendi uma receitinha no spa - misturar gelatina com leite desnatado. Dá uma bebida com substância o suficiente pra aguentar a malhação matinal. Só não abuse muito dela. Ela é pobre em nutrientes então...
